He was never a Texan, but he did play football in Houston, and today he finds himself in trouble. Thursday a federal grand jury in Houston indicted former NFL player Dwight Sean Jones in a mortgage fraud scheme. The forty-four-year-old Jones was a player with the Oilers, and now is a sports agent in California. He and his co-defendants are charged with bank fraud. Federal prosecutors say the case involves over $40-million in loans from three different banks over a two-year period.
