Texans Continue Working on Deal with First Round Pick

With training camp starting Friday, the Houston Texans’ number-one draft pick Amobi Okoye says he hopes to be there. Getting Okoye signed up before then is a top priority for Texans’ management, and for Okoye’s agent. Okoye and fifth-round draft pick Brandon Frye haven’t signed contracts yet. They’re the only two Texans rookies who haven’t agreed to contract terms. Third-round pick Jacoby Jones signed a four-year, $2.5-million contract Tuesday.
