Texans coach Gary Kubiak made required roster cuts yesterday, reducing the team down to 75. He did it by putting offensive tackle Charles Spencer on the Reserve/Physically Unable to Perform list, and by waiving fullback-tight end Patrick Pass. Spencer could be activated as early as the sixth game of the season. Now Kubiak has to reduce the roster to the required 53 by this Saturday. The team also continues to get ready for tomorrow’s final preseason game. The 2-and-1 Texans will play Tampa Bay on the road at 7. The regular season starts Sunday, September 9th at home against Kansas City.
