Texans Add Two after Injuries
Posted by Jesse Rios on September 27th, 2007 filed in NewsThe Texans have added WR David Anderson and TE Joel Dressen as they address their receiving needs. Anderson and Dressen were signed to add depth for the injured WRs Jacoby Jones and Andre Johnson. Johnson is out indefinitely while Jones may be out at least three more weeks.
Anderson was cut on August 31 after being Houston’s seventh-round draft pick in 2006. He only played in nine games last season making one reception for 27 yards. Dressen was released September 14 to make room for the re-signing of Cedric Killings, who is now out for the season.
