Texans Pitts Won’t Face Indictment

A Harris County grand jury has decided not to indict Texans offensive lineman Chester Pitts.  Pitts was accused of refusing to pull over for police, who were trying to stop him for a traffic violation. Pitts was arrested in November after officers claimed he refused to stop as they tried to pull him over for making an improper turn. Pitts says he didn’t know police were trying to pull him over. Pitts testified before the grand jury earlier today.
