The Texans are hoping to add even more experience to their coaching staff.  Now that coach Gary Kubiak has lured the legendary Alex Gibbs out of retirement to oversee the Texans offense, he hopes to lure Ray Rhodes to coach defense.  Rhodes has five Super Bowl rings for his work as defensive assistant for San Francisco, and he spent five years at Philadelphia and Green Bay.  His 27 years’ experience could be invaluable to the Texans, and the 57-year-old Rhodes is a native to the Lone Star State anyway, having grown up in Mexia.  He played for TCU and Tulsa before going to the Giants and the 49ers.
