Former Houston Oilers quarterback Warren Moon will be arraigned next week in Seattle on DUI charges.  This is the second incident since being charged with DUI in April of last year.  Moon now does color commentary on Seattle Seahawks radio broadcasts.  He was arrested December 28th at about 2 a.m.  A Seattle area police officer spotted Moon’s vehicle with expired tags.  Moon’s Washington State license had been revoked, but had a valid Texas license at the time he was stopped.
