Vikings Wanted Sage For Third Rounder

The Minnesota Star Tribune reported that trade talks between the Vikings and the Texans are off the table.  Supposedly the Minnesota Vikings were interested in dealing a third round pick in the 2008 Draft for Houston Texans backup QB Sage Rosenfels.  The problem, as any Texans fan would agree, was a third round pick wasn’t enough.  The Texans were looking to deal Rosenfels for a second round pick, but neither side would budge and the deal was off.
