The Texans have their fourth-round draft pick on board, as  Wednesday they signed linebacker Xavier Adibi to a contract.  Terms of the deal were not disclosed.  Adibi was the 118th player picked overall  of the 2008 draft.  The 6-1, 236-pound Adibi recorded 291 tackles – 133 solo – with 11 sacks at Virginia Tech. He also caused five fumbles and recovered another that he advanced 35 yards for a touchdown.
