Despite a 38-17 loss to the Steelers on Sunday, Texans head coach Gary Kubiak still has faith in quarterback Matt Schaub. Kubiak says Schaub will have to improve this week but he believes in him. Schaub says, as a player, it means a lot to know Kubiak and the staff are behind you, giving you confidence and allowing you focus on playing and getting the job done.
