The Houston Chronicle is reporting that the Texans today placed RB Darius Walker on waivers and activated RB Ryan Moats from the practice squad. Walker was active for 5 of six games in 08, but didn’t get a carry. Moats was signed to the teams practice squad back on October 7th.
