Posted in What has been a tough season already for running back Ahman Green is now over, as the Texans are putting the back on injured reserve. This comes just a few days after Green suffered a sprained knee in the teams 16-6 win over the Browns in Cleveland Sunday. The 31-year-old likely has played his last down for the Texans, as he’s not likely to be back in 2009 with the emergence of rookie back Steve Slaton.
