Texans to Move Down to Get some Pass Rushing Help?

Today’s Houston Chronicle says that there is a shot that the team could move down to get some pass rushing help in the 09 draft. Here is the report:

The Texans prefer to leave Mario Williams on the right side, his best position. If they insist on drafting an end to complement Williams, they’ll probably trade down in the first round — possibly way down — to get better value. General manager Rick Smith proved last year that he’s not afraid to trade down for extra picks if he believes the Texans can still get the player they want. When it’s time to make the 15th pick, there are going to be better linebackers available than pass rushers. In a 4-3, the outside linebacker has to play the run, drop into coverage and rush on occasion.
