Scout.com reports that the Texans have come to terms with a couple of players today:

The Houston Texans have signed free agent S John Busing, Scout.com has confirmed.

Busing was signed as an undrafted free agent in 2006 by the Cincinnati Bengals and was on and off their roster over the past few seasons. Busing was set to become a restricted free agent, but Cincinnati declined to tender him a contract.

Busing, who has good size, projects to play strong safety. Busing was one of the Cincinnati’s top special teams players in 2008.

The team also signed free agent G Adrian Jones. Jones, a former fourth-round pick out of the 2004 draft by the New York Jets, started 10 games for the Kansas City Chiefs last season.

Because the Texans have little depth at guard, he has a good shot to make their roster this season.
