Posted in Scout.com reports that the Texans have signed the first of their two fourth-round draft picks, CB Glover Quin.
The site reports that the former University of New Mexico defensive back signed a four-year deal worth $2.24 million. The deal also includes a signing bonus of roughly $490,000.
Quinn will compete for playing time this season against young cornerbacks such as rookie Brice McCain, Antwaun Molden, and Fred Bennett.
