Adam Schefter of ESPN via Twitter reports Texans coach Gary Kubiak told ESPN’s Bob Hotzman today that Texans running back Ryan Moats will start and Steve Slaton will share carries. Slaton’s tied for the NFL lead in lost fumbles with five and his job as a starter was in jeopardy after Ryan Moats had a huge day filling in for him last week.
