Posted in Texans LB Brian Cushing was fined $5,000 for unnecessary roughness in the game against the Titans. Specifically on a run play, Cushing struck the opponent late and out of bounds. Also, Texans DE Antonio Smith was fined $10,000 for unnecessary roughness.
