The Houston Chronicle reports that Ben Tate has come to terms with the team:
The Texans have agreed to terms with running back Ben Tate, their second-round pick from Auburn. Completing Tate’s deal means cornerback Kareem Jackson, the first-round pick from Alabama, is the only unsigned player among the team’s nine draft choices. When training camp begins Friday with two-a-day drills, the 220-pound Tate will line up behind Arian Foster and Steve Slaton. Jackson is expected to start opposite Glover Quin. The coaches inserted Jackson into the starting lineup as soon as he reported for his first offseason drill after the draft.
