Johnson Day-to-Day, Casey Out Indefinitely

Texans head coach Gary Kubiak reported that Andre Johnson’s ankle injury is a mild sprained ankle and he is considered day-to-day.  Kubiak said Johnson is in better shape than first thought.

“We feel better about it today than we did yesterday coming out of the game. He’ll be day-to-day as we head into the weekend.”

Tight end James Casey was also injured Sunday.  He suffered a sever ankle sprain and there is no timetable for his return.  2009 fourth round pick Garrett Graham will serve as the third tight end in Casey’s absence.
