Texans Workout 7 CBs, Sign Paymah

The Houston Texans signed Karl Paymah Wednesday in order to add veteran depth in their secondary.  Paymah was one of seven other free agent players to work out for the Texans.  He beat out the likes of Al Afalava, Antonio Baker, Quintin Demps, Victor Harris, Chevis Jackson, and Scott Starks.  Paymah is a 27-year old veteran drafted by Denver in the third round of the 2005 NFL Draft.  He was cut by the San Francisco 49ers before the start of this season.  Paymah has played 62 games in his NFL career for 128 total tackles, one forced fumble and three interceptions.
