Arian Foster To Miss 3-4 Weeks?

Could Foster Miss Time During Regular Season?

Houston Texans star running back Arian Foster could be in danger of missing the regular season opener against the Colts.

Not only is there a legitimate possibility of Foster missing week one against Indy, but he could be sidelined for an even longer period of time.

With Derrick Ward and Ben Tate behind the former Tennessee standout, could the Texans be extra cautious and hold out one of their key players?

Sure, it makes sense, but there’s also concern about Arian’s hamstring being more serious than originally expected.

According to ESPN’s John Clayton, “he has a tear” in his hamstring.

Also, Dr. Michael Kaplan of ESPN thinks Foster could be out three-to-four weeks due to the injury.

However, Texans head coach Gary Kubiak believes “all indications are positive” at the moment.

Lastly, here’s a picture from Foster of his hamstring.

Conclusion: It’s time to take this injury serious if you are coach Kubiak.  Yet, Foster is playing the whole thing off as anything but serious, making fun of the whole situation via his Twitter account.  What do you think Texans fans?  Should we be concerned about Foster?

Foster tweeted after the pic that it was all in good humor.. None of this is true.

“If I had a “significant injury” why post it? I’ll be fine, it was jus meant to make fun of the whole situation. Humor is lost nowadays.” tweeted by Arian Foster.
