QB Nall Signed to Backup Rosenfels

Quarterback Craig Nall, who spent three weeks with the Texans last season, has been signed to back up Sage Rosenfels. Nall, 29, was one of three veteran quarterbacks who worked out for the Texans on Tuesday. To make room for Nall on the roster, the Texans placed defensive end N.D. Kalu on waivers.

Schaub Out 2-4 Weeks with MCL Injury

It looks as if the Texans will be without starting Quarterback Matt Schaub for at least the next two weeks and maybe even the next month. Getting hurt in Sunday’s 28-21 loss to the Vikings yesterday, today it was stated that Schaub has an injured MCL.

A statement released by the Texans’ team doctor says receiver Harry Williams will probably not play football again. Texan Undergoes Spinal Surgery

Receiver Harry Williams has undergone spinal surgery after suffering an injury during Friday’s 23-22 loss to Dallas. Williams had a small fracture repaired Sunday in Dallas. The injury was caused when he hit Texans safety Nick Ferguson during a kickoff. The Texans expect to have an update on his condition today.

WR Williams to Have Neck Surgery Sunday

Wide out Harry Williams will have surgery tomorrow to repair a neck vertebra that he fractured last night against the Cowboys in Dallas.
