The Houston Texans will go for their best finish in team history as they host the playoff-bound Jacksonville Jaguars at Reliant Stadium. Houston can close out the season .500 with a victory, surpassing its 7-and-9 record of 2004. Last week, the Texans were 38-15 losers to the Colts. Sage Rosenfels was 22-for-36 for 233 passing yards, but threw three interceptions in the setback. The Jaguars, meanwhile, secured a playoff berth in last week’s 49-11 win over the Raiders. Fred Taylor rushed for 111 yards while David Garrard completed 11-of-18 passes for 199 yards. The Jags head into the final week of the regular season at 11-and-4, the third-best record in the AFC.
