Mario Williams missed two straight days of practice Wednesday and Thursday with a groin injury. Gary Kubiak called Pro Bowl defensive end a “game-time decision” for Sunday’s game at home against the Kansas City Chiefs. He also said after practice Thursday that we’ll know more about him on Friday. Today Williams was limited in practice and is listed as questionable on the Friday Injury Report.
In other Texans’ injury news, Andre Johnson proclaims he’ll play and was limited in practice, Owen Daniels says he’s back to his old self and practiced in full, and Brian Cushing and Arian Foster both practiced in full and are probable to play with knee injuries. Bernard Pollard and DeMeco Ryans also both practiced in full and are probable to play. Jacoby Jones practiced for the first time in two weeks on Friday and is expected to play, as well, Sunday. Players out for the Kansas City game are Xavier Adibi, Kevin Bentley, Mike Brisiel and playmaking rookie Sherrick McMannis.
