Posted in Texans CB Kareem Jackson made a rookie mistake on Twitter. On vacation in the Dominican Republic, Jackson tweeted about attending a cockfight and included pictures from the experience.
Jackson said it was his first time seeing a cockfight in one tweet, calling it “crazy.” In a second tweet, Jackson joked that “you would think its a college football game” because of the number of people watching. While cockfighting is legal in the Dominican Republic — and Jackson didn’t commit any crime by watching — it’s certainly not the best judgment to share this part of his vacation on social media, let alone attend in the first place.
